1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LikeThereInReal.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LikeThereInReal provides a platform for viewing 3D Gaussian Splat models and generating 3D worlds using the World Labs Marble API. The Service includes web-based rendering via the Reall3D viewer, world generation from text and image prompts, and user account management.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API integration
• Upload images containing illegal content, personal data of others without consent, or copyrighted material you do not own
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including World Labs Marble API and Google OAuth. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. 3D worlds generated through the Marble API are subject to World Labs' licensing terms. The LikeThereInReal platform code, design, and branding are proprietary.

7. Generated Content

Worlds generated through the Service are created using AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. Generated worlds are logged for operational and billing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
