1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, profile picture URL, and Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
1.2 Usage Data
We collect information about your interactions with the Service, including world generation requests, prompts submitted, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser/device information.
1.3 Uploaded Content
Images you upload for world generation are stored on our servers and transmitted to the World Labs Marble API for processing. Text prompts are similarly transmitted and logged.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service, including account authentication
- Process world generation requests via the Marble API
- Display your generation history in your dashboard
- Monitor usage for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We share data with the following third parties:
- World Labs — Images, text prompts, and metadata are transmitted to the Marble API for world generation. See World Labs' Terms.
- Google — Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — Our hosting provider stores data on their infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. World generation logs and uploaded images are retained for 12 months after creation, after which they may be automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session management, CSRF protection, and parameterized database queries. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data

- Object to or restrict processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. World Labs API servers and our hosting infrastructure may be located in different jurisdictions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
